This idea is for the iTwin Capture Mobile app. It is very useful to designers during a site visit to scan detailed areas (such as the inside of control cabinets, manholes, or recently disturbed areas) using the AR mode and uploading the mobile scan to the iTwin project. The problem is that mobile devices don't handle elevation well. When using AR mode, we have found elevation to be consistently off 9FT-10FT. So, in Photo Mode, we can add a survey control point in the app to correct for this, but we cannot currently solve for elevation offset using AR mode.

Add support for survey control points using AR collection mode in the iTwin Capture Mobile App, and add a static input field to set elevation offset where survey control points may not be available.
