each survey file must have as minimum the following:

1. Spatial Reference System

2. Vertical Reference System

3. Absolute accuracy estimation

4. Relative accuracy estimation

5. Density (for point clouds)

6. GSD (for ortho imagery )

7. Survey Sensor Type (type of instrumentation used for capturing data)

8. Survey System (ie classed in mobile/kinematic, static, aerial, etc)

9. Start Date Survey ( you have already acquisition start)

10. End Date Survey (as above)

11. Survey Organisation (it's not always the owner)

12. Survey scope (pretty obvious to have )

13. Notes

14. Alternative doc reference (v important)

15. Revision

16. Suitability

17. Checker

18. Approver

19. Expiry date (valid indefinitely, 6m, 3years, etc)

20. Title

It would make a whole lot of difference to implement these asap as it will give a lot more confidence in the data
