The current specification requires you to sign up for a Bentley account and log in to the CONNECTION Client to use iTwin Viewer, which is very inconvenient and makes it difficult to show 3D data (3mx, etc.) created with iTwin to clients. Even if I distribute the wonderful 3D data I have created, it is difficult for them to view it. Can you make it easy to view them in a browser, or at least make it possible to view them by simply installing the Viewer like Acute3D Viewer used to be able to do?
Only workaround I have found is stick to old Acute 3D viewer SS10 which didn't ask for login.
For 3mx format there is now even better approach use - free Agisoft Viewer
Works on multiple platforms (Windows, MacOS, Linux) without need to login. It even has options to add background layers without need to learn Microstation(a.k.a Bentley View).
