Need an option to ignore masks while doing bundle adjustment but then use masks and do not create tie points. For example we have created masks to hide water but then AT lost lot of photos as couldn't adjust both river sides as water was masked.
Also masks are needed to combine bathymetry with aerial photos so water surface is not reconstructed. Manually deleting tie points doesn't do anything it still tries to reconstruct water.
