User would like to have the possibility to limit/restrict upload to 3DM cloud to "Northern Europe" only?

1- Where is the user the uploading their data? - 3DM Cloud - Northern Europe

2- Is this to an ITwin or the 3DM Cloud? - 3DM Cloud

3- By save, do they mean upload? - Yes, they want to restrict the upload to Northern Europe only.
