Current Status: In the new Flex version, the workflow for adding a Custom SRS requires copying PRJ and GTX files into a specific folder within each individual project.

The Challenge: This per-project approach is time-consuming and prone to errors for organizations that use the same custom coordinate systems across dozens of different projects. It creates redundant manual work and makes it harder to maintain standards across the team.

Proposed Solution: Please re-enable the ability to define a "Global" Custom SRS at the application/installation level (similar to the previous GDAL folder/CSV workflow).

Benefits:

• Efficiency: Set it once, and it's available for all projects.

• Standardization: Ensures all team members use the exact same SRS definitions without manual file copying.
